Sue Stuart Smith, acclaimed author of "The Well-Gardened Mind" will expound on the themes of her bestseller book, sensitively demonstrating the healing power of nature and gardening to change people's lives.
Sue's experience as a psychiatrist, psychoanalytic psychotherapist and gardener-woven together with her research of history, psychology, anthropology and current neuroscience-have created a deeply insightful and relevant body of work that can benefit everyone. Practitioners and students of therapeutic horticulture are sure to find special inspiration and validation in this timely presentation, which will be followed by a Q&A session.
This event has a $10 registration fee, with all proceeds going to organizations supporting immediate Covid relief efforts. Registration is limited to 100 participants and will close on March 25.
